Downtown School Auction Raises Over $18,000 for DTS

• We raised $18,123.80 to support DTS events and programming over the next year. This will help fund things like…
  • School Events – 5th Grade Recognition & Celebration, Meet the Teacher Nights, Winter Dances, Skate Nights, and our Back-to-School & End-of-Year Picnics.
  • Classroom & Staff Support – Teacher Support Fund for classroom supplies, professional development, and appreciation gifts.
  • Special Projects – In 2024-2025 alone, PTA helped to fund the Bridges Interventionist Program, an industrial roll laminator, 4th grade curriculum, staff PBL training, an incubator and more; past funding has helped cover the costs of the DTS garden and technology upgrades.
  •  Building Resources & School Spirit – Playground equipment, library furniture, and a free DTS t-shirt for every incoming student.
